As our new Community & Emergency Response Director you will lead a newly formed directorate consisting of Incident and Emergency Response, Post Incident Learning Review, Community Response and Business Intelligence/Executive Support Teams. You will lead the development of our strategy, policies and procedures that will support us in being a modern 24/7 incident and emergency response organisation. You will forge and develop strong relationships with our stakeholders and partners. As the leader of our business-critical operations, you will enhance our community engagement, ensuring our customers remain at the heart of what we do.
As an experienced leader of customer-facing operations, you will have a proven ability to drive and embed customer-centric change, that facilitates a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the influencing and communication skills to rapidly gain the confidence and trust of stakeholders, partners and the community.
