Peabody is a large, diverse organisation, employing over 3,500 people. Following the recent pandemic disruption and an endured period of remote working for many of its employees, the organisation is now embarking on a critical phase of cultural change. This will cover aspects of its employee proposition, its entire accommodation profile and the tools and technology that support a modern and productive, distributed workforce. New People, Technology and Accommodation strategies have been agreed and aligned to a new three-year Group strategy, and these will form the direction of this programme of work.
As Programme Management Lead you will lead the delivery of the change required across the Peabody Group, ensuring that the long-term Vision and Goals of the programme are developed and maintained. This will be done ensuring appropriate governance and control mechanisms are in place, risk and issues that arise are well managed and engagement and communication plans are designed and executed to ensure the entire business feels part of the change.
The ideal person will be an inspirational programme management expert with experience of leading business change programmes within large and diverse organisations. You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of complex programmes that have a significant element of behavioural and culture change at their heart. You will have the professional credibility and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels both within, and external to, our organisation.
